- A port can be chosen for testing (#365):
iceblock serve <port>, or ICEBLOCK_PORT (for the app too), serves on that port exactly, TCP and UDP both, and doesn't start if either is taken. Without one, a device finds its own from 47100, as before.
- Each port is advertised with its protocol, even when TCP's and UDP's are the same: in mDNS, and in the addresses devices tell each other, for IPv4 and IPv6.
